While Michael grew up in Kenya, his family lived across the street from the Eller Family. The Ellers are a family of 6 absolutely incredible souls. The first time I met them, I immediately felt like I had known them forever, and that we were best friends. You know those kind of people? I just love those kinds of people. One of these six was Michael’s best friend growing up, and one of his three sisters, Angela, is our gorgeous Seattle bride.
.
Angela emailed and asked if we knew any photographers in the Seattle area, or if we could help her find a photographer. She mentioned that she wished we lived closer, but that she knew us coming across the country for her wedding probably wasn’t realistic. Welp, if you know Michael or myself, you know we jump at any chance to travel, especially somewhere we’ve never been. So we worked with Angela to figure out how to get us there, and just like that
our trip to Seattle was booked.
.
Angela is such a calm soul, which is always an amazing characteristic for a bride. We walked into her getting ready room at the beautiful
Tibbetts Creek Manor and she was just ready. There wasn’t a lot of stress or frantic energy that usually creeps it’s self into a getting ready room. She just wanted to put on her dress and go see Daniel as soon as possible. So that’s what we did. Her gorgeous bridesmaids slipped her into her dress and we headed out to a sweet, sweet first look full of hugs and twirls and I love yous. And that was just the start of this gorgeous and perfect day.
