Hey Friends! Today, we’re sharing Stephanie and Nick’s gorgeouse Club at Glenmore Charlottesville Wedding day in Charlottesville, Virginia. Their celebration took place at the Club at Glenmore, with a beautiful Catholic ceremony at the Church of the Incarnation.

Now, let’s talk about Glenmore for a second—this was our first time there, and WOW. Driving in, you pass these stunning homes and a massive horse farm before arriving at the club’s entrance. It feels more like an estate than a typical country club, with classic architecture and beautifully designed interiors.

Stephanie and Nick got ready at the Club at Glenmore, with the girls upstairs and the guys in a bright, stylish space that had this cozy library feel. Then, they took a shuttle over to the church for their ceremony. Catholic weddings usually happen earlier in the day—so there was a nice break afterward before the reception began. This gave them plenty of time for portraits without feeling rushed.

Back at Glenmore, we explored the gorgeous grounds for portraits. The grand entrance, the golf course views, the elegant architecture—it was all stunning. The day started calm, but the wind snuck up on us, making for some dramatic portraits.

One of our favorite things about their timeline was how they handled cocktail hour. After finishing portraits, Stephanie and Nick got a few quiet moments together in the bridal suite, where drinks and appetizers were waiting. A solid 10/10 decision! Then, they joined their guests for cocktail hour before heading into the reception.

Speaking of the reception—their entrance was SO fun. Guests were welcomed by a champagne wall, with each flute tied to a ribbon that displayed their name and table number. Such a cute and interactive way to get everyone seated! We grabbed a few final portraits as guests made their way inside, taking advantage of Glenmore’s scenic backdrops before the party kicked off.

And the food? So good. Country club catering can be hit or miss, but this meal was delicious.

Stephanie and Nick were such a joy to work with—laid-back, fun, and completely in the moment all day. Their wedding at the Club at Glenmore was the perfect mix of elegance and ease, and we loved every minute of it.
