We met Elizabeth in Richmond’s Hollywood Cemetery for her bridal session.  We knew she was our kinda bride when she showed up in her leggings and threw on her huge skirt of her wedding dress in the parking lot over those leggings.  We love that our couples remind us so much of ourselves.. laid back, easy going, and focused on what’s most important.  We don’t get a chance to do bridals very often.. but we when do we LOVE them.  It’s SO nice to have a time set aside to focus on bridal portraits.  The wedding day goes by so quickly, and often we only have a minute or two for a couple quick pictures of the bride.  So it is wonderful to have 1-2 HOURS to shoot!  We were initially a tad skeptical to shoot in Hollywood Cemetery… it is a cemetery after all.. but that’s the location Elizabeth picked..and it ended up being AMAZING.  Did you know Hollywood Cemetery is the number TWO thing to do in Richmond according to trip advisor?  And with stunning views of the James River and the downtown Richmond skyline we understand why.  We convinced Elizabeth to head to the T-Pott bridge for a few final images before the sun set (it’s one of our favorite spots!) for a few extra James River/Richmond skyline shots.
