Weddings are a celebration, and boy did Travis & Samantha, our wonderful clients knew how to plan one! It’s one of these wedding celebrations that makes you want to put the camera down, and get onto the dance floor! Weddings are a stressful event, but more than anything Travis & Samantha were just so excited to tie the knot. Their ceremony was full of laughter and tears, and watching Travis & Samantha’s eyes fall on each other at the ceremony was probably the most emotional exchange I have ever experienced. And don’t even get me started on their parents… the mother-son & father-daughter dances… there was just SOOO much love for Travis & Samantha, and we were so blessed to share in that very special day with them.

We had the pleasure of photographing at Apple Blossom Plantation in Providence Forge, VA. This place is gorgeous, and the woman who owns it, Peggy, is the sweetest lady you will ever meet!  (Peggy, if you are reading this, we love you.)  It’s an amazing house, on a gorgeous piece of property, that you can rent out for the whole weekend.  And Peggy runs the show for you as an amazing day of coordinator.

This amazing venue, with an incredible staff, paired with one of the sweetest couples we’ve ever worked with made for such an awesome wedding day.   Hope you enjoy some of our favorites..
